Can my kids and I train at the same time?
Often, yes. Kids classes run at 5:15 and 6:00. Teen and adult classes run at 6:45. Many families show up together, send the kids to their class, then the parent stays for the adult class right after.
Do you do family discounts?
Multi-member family rates are discussed at the front desk after your free week. The exact discount depends on which programs and how many family members train.
Is everyone on the same mat?
Different mat schedule per age tier. Kids and adults do not share class time, so the curriculum stays age-appropriate. The community shows up together, the training is calibrated per cohort.
Can a spouse start while the kids are already training?
Yes. Adult classes run every weeknight. Many parents start in the kids drop-off window and end up training the adult class while their kid is in theirs.
